Groups
A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.
Mothers who suffer the loss of a child often find it difficult to navigate through their emotions. Grieving is hard. If you have lost a child, our Child Loss Support Team is here for you. You don’t have to grieve alone.

If your baby died during pregnancy or in the first days of life, you and your family may need help to understand what happened. You may need support to find ways to deal with your grief and ease your pain.
You are most probably feeling lost, guilty, anguished, upset, depressed and a whole host of other emotions as you struggle to come to terms with what has happened.
